The idea of Join My VIP Table app was to provide users a way to pool their money with others on the app and share the cost of a VIP Table. In this way, they get the complete nightclub experience and the nightclub owners can also fill up their VIP Tables each night, as many would be using Join My VIP Table App. This application serves as a base for those who are single and alone in this huge world full of free-spirited people.
Apart from this, our team also pitched in the idea to create a website for promotional purposes of the app. Las Vegas gets around 4.5 million visitors a month and 54 million visitors on a yearly basis.
The client reached out to us for designing their application from the scratch. Our team began with researching and creating data-driven and conversion-centric user flows and wireframes for the app. Once the app flow was approved by the client we delivered a reliable and consistent prototype for the client.

Our team adapted to 5-stage Design Thinking model to craft the perfect solution. The stages of this Design Thinking process are as follows:
1. Empathise, 2. Define, 3. Ideate, 4. Prototype, 5. Test.
Client wanted us to crate a cross platform mobile application for users. In this application users will be able to select Clubs according to the availability, in day and night. User will checkout the club and if the table is available user can select the time slot and our app will create a chat group of all the users (max5 or the table siting limit) who selected the same table and same time slot.
For safety concerns client asked us to add a block and report feature for those who violates the guidelines for being a mere human, or behaves badly with anyone.
We added a bookmark feature for users so they wont have to search again and again for their favourite club in the area.
The client wanted easy-to-navigate and intuitive UI/UX designs for their applications. The customer app would feature an interactive and clean list of clubs in Las Vegas. The Club Dashboard would feature clean and data-driven dashboards for User management.
We began our user research with the goal of better understanding our client's and users’ needs. We began by investigating the industry and the factors affecting its growth.
Following the market research, our team discovered that the target customers were between the ages of 25 and 45. Aside from learning how to use booking/reservation applications, this also offered our team a better grasp of the market and added context to the challenge we're working on.
Our team tried to look for apps on the market that provide the same service for in-depth competition analysis. But Alas there were none as this idea was innovative and one of a kind, So we started Reverse Analysis by taking everything from the user's perspective. And hence we decided to focus on these few main things.

We used Roboto as this sans-serif font provides a consistent, legible, and friendly typographic voice.
Our team created a fully functional native android, web, and iOS application. This was one of our fastest designed and developed apps as it was done within the time span of 2 months.
We went with a user experience that allows users to identify nearby club and pre-order their favorite table and also look for companions to hang out with.

Customers can quickly create tables in their profile thanks to seamless connectivity. Meanwhile, admins can keep track of all of their table bookings and behavior during the chat, which will aid in better administration.
Users can use the table booking function to make finding companions with strangers more convenient. The app would make it easier for single people to chat and plan their hang out and pay their fair share, making partying out for strangers a breeze.
Club Listing feature made it easier for users owners to choose the club for themselves their existing tables, and timings. Our team delivered two different UI for day club and night club to allow users to navigate easily.
Our team created a dynamic and data-driven dashboard to assist admin in keeping a track of their booking, users, and customer behaviour to get in-depth insights about their business.
