Manual franchise management was compromising the client’s ability to manage franchise operations and also focus on their business growth. Thus they needed a more reliable way to manage their franchises across the world.
They reached out to Terasol to develop franchise management software. A single software that binds all their stakeholders, franchise owners, salesmen, and customers together. It was to make their operation efficient and drive them more revenue.

The client wanted one single system consisting of two CRMs. This includes- a franchise management system and a salon management system to help them manage all the verticals of their brand under one system. They also wanted a B2B commerce system to help them have easy sale management of their products across their salon franchises
To have franchise-wide intranets that enable admin to handle all crucial salon account information as well as secure communications across all locations.
They needed a salon management system to help their salons with daily operations. That includes sales, human resources, inventory, supply chain, and salon service management to create an all-in-one, unified and interoperable solution.
The client needed a way to track the employees responsible for direct sales of salon franchisees using mobility solutions. This was also to help them keep track of the attendance of sales representatives.
Our primary goal was to create an all-in-one web plus mobile app solution through which both the admin and salon teams can collaborate on the single industry platform. Besides, we wanted to make the entire process fully transparent to receive real-time feedback from active users.
The nature of the project was such that it required the coordinated efforts from both backend and frontend teams including a project manager, team lead front-end developer, backend developer, android developer and a quality analyst.
We used the waterfall project management model and Agile stand-up meetings to solve issues quickly and get a clear picture of progress along the entire project timeline.

Sales Record
The admin can analyze detailed reports of sales and footfalls. They can view payment details and ratings of customers, unique customers, and even the total earnings of a salon. It also enables the admin to make a list of re-visitors to run a marketing campaign.
Salon Franchise Management
Our custom franchise CRM platform for client enable them to handle all the salon's account information, payment transactions, communication channels, customer feedback, and much more. The admin can view, and freeze the current salon account as well as add new accounts.
Franchise Sales Solutions
We created a solution for admin such that it includes capabilities for retaining consumers using campaign features, which help with marketing communication such as targeted and loyalty discounts, gift cards and coupons, and promotions for selected customers.
Salesmen Tracking
This feature enables admins to track the location of franchise sales representatives via their mobile phones. It also helps them to keep a track of their attendance and the B2B customers the salesmen contacted.
Feedback System
We built a feedback system that will help the admin view and track the feedback of all the customers. Admin can also edit and send the form to measure customer satisfaction. It is done using an automated SMS system where the customers get a feedback form as well as an invoice for their bill.

We created an allotment system for salons. The managers have to arrange and fill in the details about the availability of the number of chairs, the staff, and the services provided. Once a customer walks in the management can a lot a chair to them with all the services they want and the staff that is available.
This also helps the salon manager to manage a customer bill and have detailed information on services taken.
As the admin, the salon manager can also view and analyze detailed sales data, total earnings, footfall of new and old customers, and many more. They can also check the graphical sales record of and suggestions for better customer retention.
We developed a data record management feature where the salon manager can customer details like name, contact number, total visits, total spend, and many more. This will help the manager to retain customers as well as provide better services in the future.
With this feature, the manager can add and view the data of the employees working in the salon and create their accounts to help with them the allotments.
Our team built this so that the salon manager gets regular updates from the brand supervisor regarding the salon operation, brand offers, etc.
We developed a different android application to manage the sales representatives who do B2B door-to-door services to get more leads for franchise ownership. The salesmen can log in via OTP verification. It helped the client to record sales representatives’ attendance as well.
