Pay U is an online payment gateway provider that aims to help businesses grow with 100+ diverse and secure payment options. Although Pay U had a loyal customer base its merchants faced the issue of finding experts who can integrate Pay U into their platform.

They reached out to Terasol for creating a marketplace app that would connect such merchants with Pay U’s reliable tech partners experienced in payment gateway integration

01 Marketplace Platform

To ensure that Pay U merchants can spot experts in payment gateway integration and instantly connect with them they needed a marketplace that would connect merchants with experts in payment gateway integration.

02 Consistent UI/UX

Since Pay U already had its branding in place, they needed the new platform to seamlessly blend in with the rest of their brand. For this, they needed the UI/UX to be consistent with their branding.

03 Expert Ranking Feature

Pay U wanted its merchants to find the best tech partners to ensure their journey of Pay U payment gateway integration remains smooth. For this, they needed a ranking system in place that would rank the best-performing experts.

Process

We created the complete expert hiring marketplace from scratch and our product design team themed the expert hiring marketplace as per Pay U’s design specifications.

We ensured that the marketplace was mobile-friendly, scalable, and easy to navigate for the users. Our team also successfully created separate experts and merchants flows, a ranking algorithm.

• End-to-end Merchant Portal

Our team successfully created an end-to-end merchant portal that enabled them to log in and get in touch with the experts who can help them with smooth PayU payment gateway integrations.

• Immersive Marketplace

With an efficient, easy to navigate, and theme consistent marketplace developed by us merchants can easily find the right matches and experts can efficiently register themselves for getting featured. The marketplace app flow makes it easy for both merchants and experts to navigate through.

• Fully Digital Backend Operations

Our team’s development flow also ensured that the Pay U admins were able to automate and manage the marketplace with ease. This enabled them to change the platform content, manage expert ranking, and manually set up expert accounts as well.

• Amazon Cloud Setup

For coding, testing, and deployment our team created the complete testing and production environment on Amazon AWS.

• Web Portal-Landing Page

Our team crafted an interactive and mobile-friendly landing page for the expert hiring marketplace.

• Web Portal-Rating system

We also created an efficient rating system for the merchants to provide a detailed review of their experience with the experts.

• Admin Panel

The admin panel allowed Pay U admins to regulate the experts joining the marketplace. It allowed them to verify applications, approve the expert listing, and remove accounts that had in-authentic information in them.
