The client needed a straightforward, user-friendly, interactive event management web application. They wanted a way to communicate the needs of the customer, track available resources, and plan and manage the events.
As each event includes a variety of services like catering, sound and lighting equipment, décor, and many more, resulting in the discussion of various ideas, this application will bridge the communication gap between the client and their customer team.
The client wanted a single platform to manage all their clients, plan and prepare better, and keep track of all the events they do. They wanted a way for their customers to engage directly with the team they selected for efficient management of time and effort.
An event includes many services like location, theme, catering, stay, decor, music, and many more. So every customer has different ideas for different activities.
The client wanted a platform where their customers can share their ideas via images, or video and keep a record of them in one place.
Everyone uses a smartphone and expects to have access to everything on it. To leverage this the client wanted a way where both, their customers and team, can communicate ideas and track resources in real time using images, commenting, and other means.

Our team adapted to 5-stage Design Thinking model to craft the perfect solution. The stages of this Design Thinking process are as follows:
1. Empathise, 2. Define, 3. Ideate, 4. Prototype, 5. Test.
The expectation was to create this application as a SASS platform. So, we started with multiple one-on-one client meetings to get the requirements straight. Then we finished product designs first to pitch the first look to all stakeholders to get approval on the documented requirements.
To start with the development, we deployed a team of 5 members, including a project manager, team lead front-end developer, backend developer, and quality analyst. Following 2 week sprints, we were able to release the beta version within 20 weeks which led to successful project completion.

We used Roboto as this sans-serif font provides a consistent, legible, and friendly typographic voice.
We developed a seamless, and responsive event management web application that helps them to manage multiple clients together and have transparent communication with them. With this, you get an event portal that gives the users a web application where they get to discuss more of the event details and have all the ideas in one place.
Our team created a semi- flexible dashboard for admin management that helps the client to easily manage all the events and have easy access to communication among the admin, clients, and the team.

All the users get unique accounts to log in by the admin and the access is limited to their event only to ensure others’ privacy. Users can add their ideas under respective categories using images, videos, or audio. They can also communicate directly with the team using this app and also get all the event-related information in one place.
