We developed a seamless, and responsive event management web application that helps them to manage multiple clients together and have transparent communication with them. With this, you get an event portal that gives the users a web application where they get to discuss more of the event details and have all the ideas in one place.

Admin Management

Our team created a semi- flexible dashboard for admin management that helps the client to easily manage all the events and have easy access to communication among the admin, clients, and the team.

This module allows the admin to:

1. The admin can create dynamic events for different customers. With this, the admin can make separate accounts for customers to login into the system. And add information like event logo, description, etc.
2. Adding members into an event consisting of - the admin, event head from both parties, and their team.
3. Create multiple categories for an event like- catering, stage decoration, guest stay, etc.
4. Permission to delete and freeze the event accounts.
5. Segregate the events into active and completed events.

User Management

All the users get unique accounts to log in by the admin and the access is limited to their event only to ensure others’ privacy. Users can add their ideas under respective categories using images, videos, or audio. They can also communicate directly with the team using this app and also get all the event-related information in one place.

Live Chat and Communication System

We developed a feature that enables both parties to chat live with each other. With this feature users can-

1. Exchange various ideas for event categories.
2. Comment and chat on these ideas on feasibility and resources.
3. Reply and tag specific members.
4. Keep an update on all the changes given by the customer.
