They sought an asset management platform that would allow individuals and businesses to digitally record and track their assets rather than keeping a physical record. The application would then keep users up to date on the current worth of their assets, allowing them to make better financial decisions.
They reached out to Terasol Technologies for creating the Asset Management Platform application from scratch.

They wanted users to register their assets category-wise in the application. For this, the platform had different classes in which users would register their assets for later administration.
The application also generates a schedule and reconciliation table allowing users to view all of their asset information in detail. The table contains data regarding each asset class and all the investments and transactions related to each asset to help businesses gain deeper insights into asset management.
Over time, every asset depreciates. However, keeping a physical record of current asset worth can be time-consuming. To aid users in avoiding this, the platform would calculate depreciated asset values for each class on a yearly basis and store them in a central database.
Cash generating units are groups of assets working together to generate money. The application allows users to group cash-generating units together for their better administration.
We developed the complete asset management platform from scratch. The client hired a dedicated development team from us which included a frontend developer, backend engineer, QA, designer and a project manager.
For the tech stack, we used React, Node.js, and SQL for crafting a secure and reliable asset management platform. Our team was constantly in touch with the client via Slack and provided regular updates.

Our team helped the client in implementing depreciation value calculation functionality by programmatically implementing it in the application to ensure error-free depreciation value calculation.
We created a device friendly and easy to navigate user interface for the application. The easy to use UI allowed users to easily record and track their asset information for making better financial decisions.
The client needed an easy to manage dashboard for their business. Our team created an easy to use admin panel dashboard which allows the admin to look into active users, inactive users, and pending requests. The dashboard also offers admin notifications regarding recent changes made by users to ensure they can track requests and registrations with ease.
Our team also ensured that users could easily log in, verify, and register their assets. For this, the module enables users to securely register via OTP during the login process user can select only out of three options available which are:
